We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:
EVENT COORDINATORS
Do you love to plan events? We are currently looking for 1-2 new team members to join our Events team. Working closely with our Events Director, the Event Coordinator(s) are needed to help organize and run TPOMBA events such as our IN PERSON events (right now our Halloween event in the Fall and our Treetop Trekking event in the Spring), our ONLINE education events (via Zoom) and other potential events such as parent socials, etc.
If you are a team player, enjoy working with people, have strong project management skills (especially attention to detail) then this might be the perfect fit for you!
Average time commitment is 3-5 hrs/month (a little more during event hosting months, less during low times like summer, etc). This time commitment includes attending our monthly Executive Committee meetings (via Zoom), which is mandatory for this role.

SALE COORDINATORCalling all shoppers! We are on the hunt for a detail oriented, self starter to assist our Sale Director in the planning and execution of our semi-annual Twice Loved Sale. Tasks may include coordinating with vendors, assisting with sale promotion, supporting volunteer recruitment and day-of training and supervision, technical support and overall support to Director as needed on day of sale.
Time commitment outside of sale dates is limited (1-2 hrs/month max), but during the sale dates a commitment of 5-10 hrs prior to sale and attendance at sale is mandatory. Attending our monthly Executive Committee meetings (via Zoom) would be considered optional.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Are you good with social media and like keeping up with new technology and social media trends? We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support our Social Media Director with planning social posts, developing assets and content in Canva, and executing across Instagram and Facebook platforms primarily.
Time commitment is 2-3 hours a month. Attending our monthly Executive Committee meetings (via Zoom) would be considered optional.
